What happens if I use more time than my maintenance plan includes?
We will notify you if work to be performed will exceed the time limits of your maintenance plan. From there, you will have the option to delay the changes to the following month, or authorize us to make the changes in the current month and bill you for the extra time. There are no minimums for extra time used and we will bill you the actual time worked.

Possibly. You can upgrade your maintenance plan at any time, however you must wait until the existing contract expires to downgrade a plan.

What are the benefits of having website maintenance?
Quite simple really. Updating your web site often will keep your visitors and customers coming back over and over again. If your web site doesn't change then you run the risk of losing your visitors. It will help keep your web site looking fresh. Just think of the special offers or sales you have from time to time, these need to be put on and taken of your web site and then there are any new lines etc you have, all these need to be put on.

Content. Content. Content.
Location, location, location - the real estate mantra. Well, in our humble but experienced opinion, the key to a great Web site and the key to returning visitors is great content. People will even partially ignore a bad design and poor graphics if you provide them plenty of interesting content. Text is cheap ... you can add lots of text content to your site for relatively little money. What content would be of interest to your audience? Look at your newsletters, trade industry publications, frequently asked questions by your customers. Put yourself in the shoes of your target audience. An example ... we designed the web site for Locan Heating & Air Conditioning ... no traditional e-commerce here, no online sales, a local company ... but great content and a huge success!
