The content of the form and the types of information requested is entirely up to you to decide. Once the site visitor has filled in the required fields, they click a "Send" button and the information in the form is automatically and instantly transmitted to you via email.

The site visitor is then taken to a confirmation page which is in the style of a personalized letter; Dear Mr. John Smith, Thank you for taking an interest in our company and the products we can provide.......

You may also include an auto-responder with any form created by us. Auto-responses not only allow you to send an automatic confirmation to your user, but you can include any type of information you desire in the text of the auto-response. Additionally, you create the title of the auto-response email address. This enables users of your form to reply directly to you.
