content of the form and the types of information requested is

in the required fields, they click a "Send" button
and the information in the form is automatically and instantly
transmitted to you via email.
The
site visitor is then taken to a confirmation page which is in
the style of a personalized letter; Dear Mr. John Smith, Thank
you for taking an interest in our company and the products we
can provide.......

may also include an auto-responder with any form created by
